Between May and December 2007 I moved to China for a study abroad program. While there I was able to travel to different parts of China including Hong Kong, Macau, and Tibet. I have compiled a few journals from my travels, and will be posting them as a series.

Destined Evolution: 5D Mark II
Is this the new Canon 5D Mark II, 7D or even 3D?
Photographers all over the internet are waiting for Canon to unveil a successor to its 3 year old 5D camera. Rumor threads have been going strong, but Canon has been quite about its release plans. Until now. Showing up on the Canon website is a teaser image with the words “Destined Evolution” and dark silhouette of a camera overlaying the moon. With Photokina 2008 just around the corner, be expecting a new camera announcement in the coming weeks.
